We ship all over India through our trusted partners – Gati, Delhivery, DHL, and more.
⏳ Delivery Time
Ready products: Dispatched within 3–5 business days
Customized orders: Dispatched in 10–15 business days
Delivery time depends on your location and logistics partner.
💰 Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders above ₹10,000.
Orders below ₹10,000 may have nominal delivery charges, depending on location.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID and link will be shared via SMS/email.
🔄 Return & Replacement Policy
We ensure quality, but if there’s a genuine issue, we’ve got you covered.
✅ Eligible for Return/Replacement if:
Product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received
Product is not as described/image on the website
You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
❌ Not Eligible if:
Damage caused by mishandling after delivery
Color variations (due to lighting/screens)
Custom-made furniture (unless damaged)
